We are a very customer focused professional travel agency, and take great pride in serving our customers. In order to meet our customers' expectations, we have established strong links with all the required bodies/organisations in the industry. We are accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) under licence no 91287416. For your extra peace of mind, your flights/holidays with us are protected by our ATOL licence 11165, granted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL stands for Air Travel Organisers’ Licence. It is a government-run financial protection scheme operated by the CAA. And when it comes to Umrah/Haj, we do not stop short there, we are Saudi Ministry of Hajj approved Haj/Umrah Agent. All this should give you a complete peace of mind when you are booking us, whether a flight only, a full holiday package, or a complete Haj/Umrah trip. We have all the right credentials to meet your requirements. Please note below our bookings Terms and Conditions

  • Once a flight ticket has been confirmed, any amendments will incur further charges.

  • Some tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable. If so, you will be advised of this before you confirm the ticket with us.

  • Any changes to flight schedule by the airline are beyond our control.

  • Please check any updated flight times well prior to departure as they occasionally do change.

  • We are not responsible if you miss a flight, we will however try our best to assist you catch an alternative flight at your own cost.

  • Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per hotel's own policy, we have no control over it.

  • When you check-in to your hotel, please ask for a copy of hotel’s business card and keep it with you all the time in case you get lost and need to get back to the hotel.

  • Hotel's service is as per hotel's own policy and beyond our control.

  • Hotel will give you room(s) as per your hotel confirmation receipt, we have no control over which specific room it would be or the floor it will be on, and therefore cannot assist with any room/floor change. Hotel management may or may not accept your request for any room/floor change.

  • For any cleaning or maintenance, please contact the hotel service counter.
